Inspiration Tour 2011! |
Religious Education in the HomePrayer as a family is important. Include nighttime and mealtime prayers in your daily activities with children. One way to begin a prayer ritual with children is by reciting the Our Father, Hail Mary or Bless Us O' Lord. Later, prayers for loved ones or special occasions may be added as children become accustomed to praying on a daily basis. Children can learn to pray the Rosary at home, too. First steps can be learning a portion of the Apostles' Creed, Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be and Hail Holy Queen. Children can also be taught to join in the Rosary with a particular reciting at the beginning or end of every decade. |
