Monsignor Steven Frost - Pastor

I was born in Delano, California in June, 1951 and was raised in Wasco. I am the second of four children born to Verl and Barbara Frost. My father was a farmer as were my grandparents. I attended parochial school at St. John’s in Wasco and graduated from Wasco Union High School in 1969. After high school, I was sent to the Los Angeles seminary at Camarillo.

I was ordained in my parish church in May, 1977 for service to the Diocese of Fresno. My parochial assignments in the Dioscese of Fresno have been in Hanford, Fresno, Merced, Kingsburg, and Bakersfield. For seven years I was the director of the Diocesan Tribunal.

In 1997 I was given the office of pastor of Christ the King Church in Oildale and I continue to be a judge on the Diocesan Tribunal.
